Monday 7 August

12.30pm-2.00pm: Tutoring
Would you like to work independently or do your homework with the help of a French teacher? Then this tutorial is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace and quiet. A tutor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

1:30pm-3.00pm: JUNIORS - Guided tour of Montpellier's historic centre
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. Take a thousand-year journey through the narrow streets of the historic centre to experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.
Price: FREE

3.30pm-5.00pm: ADULTS - Guided tour of Montpellier's historic centre
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. Take a thousand-year journey through the narrow streets of the historic centre to experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Tuesday 8 August

1.30pm-6.30pm : JUNIORS - Outing to Palavas-les-Flots
Come and discover this pretty seaside resort on the Mediterranean. Don't forget to bring water, sun cream and sunglasses, it's going to be hot! Free time on the beach possible (swimming not supervised).
Price: 10€ (tram tickets and guide included)

7.00pm-8.30pm: ADULTS - Petanque workshop and picnic
Come and discover this sport typical of the South of France and have fun with your new friends from school. Bring your own picnic to complete the fun!

Come and challenge your friends in this laser battle and make your team win! May the best team win!

1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Nîmes
Visit the Jardins de la Fontaine, an ancient Roman necropolis built around the Nemausus spring, and the Temple of Diana. Pass in front of the former great Roman temple: the Maison Carré and visit the outside of the Arena, a former Roman amphitheatre, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting shows (inside visit included). Visit to the Romanesque cathedral of St Castor. Free time in the town. Complimentary local biscuits

2.30pm-4.00pm: Guided visit of the art exhibition - Espace Dominique Bagouet
The Espace Dominique Bagouet is an art and heritage exhibition space that explores the work of regional artists from the 19th and 20th centuries. Let's discover the latest exhibition together!

1.30pm-6.30pm: Canoë in the Gorges de l’Hérault
Discover the banks of the Hérault river, for a dynamic and fun river trip. Pass through rapids and calmer stretches of water. Approximately 2 hours paddling. Swimming in the river. 2 people per canoe. Lifejackets and paddles provided. Must be able to swim and immerse. Bring towel and swimming costume.

Friday 11 August

12.30pm-2.00pm: Educational workshop “French songs”
Would you like to practice your French after class and meet other students from the school? We invite you every week to participate in our pedagogical workshop.

1.45pm - 6:30pm : Excursion to Pont du Gard
The bridge is 300 metres long, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the city's ancient thermal baths and fountains. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists every year. Nature walks along the aqueduct. River swimming possible in summer.

Come and discover some of France's most famous cheeses and learn more about how they are made and how best to enjoy them!

Saturday 12 August

Morning suggestion: Go to the market ! Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9:00am - 6:00pm : Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence
First of all, we'll take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage Sites by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous today for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games. (Indoor entrance not included in the price) Then we'll continue on to the ancient Roman theatre, Constantine's baths and the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We'll then discover religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally, we'll visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, with its well-deserved nickname of "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view over Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you back in time to Provence.

Sunday 13 August

9:00am - 6:00pm : Excursion to Roquefort, La Couvertoirade, Viaduc de Millau
We'll start with a visit to the village of Couvertoirade. This small fortified village, built by the Templars, will give you the impression of going back in time to the days of the knights. We'll discover one of the world's largest viaducts, designed by English architect Norman Foster: the Millau Viaduct: 300m high and almost 3km long. The end of the day will take us to the village of Roquefort, to meet its famous blue cheese. We'll visit the cellars, a veritable labyrinth where the cheeses are matured. Tasting of three different Roquefort cheeses.
