Private studio in a student residence

This option is particularly suitable for those seeking the independence of a private studio. Studio for one person, with private bathroom, equipped kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a pleasant stay!

We work with two different residences: BeeLodge Observatoire and Kley Residence.

BeeLodge Observatoire:
- Located in a central neighbourhood and only a 5-minute walk from the school!
- A renovated and secure residence (optional parking available at an additional cost)
- A furnished single studio: single bed, desk, table and chairs, plenty of cupboard space
- Shower room, WC and equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave and crockery
- Services included: WIFI, water, electricity, heating, no air conditioning
- Bed linen and towels provided
- Cleaning and change of linen at the end of your stay included
- Short and long-term bookings possible all year round, subject to availability

Kley:
- Located in a modern neighbourhood and only 15 minutes from the school by tram!
- A modern and secure residence (no parking)
- A furnished studio flat: single bed, desk, table and chairs, plenty of cupboard space
- Shower room, WC and equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave and crockery
- Services included: WiFi, water, electricity, heating, no air conditioning
- Bed linen and towels provided
- Cleaning and change of linen at the end of your stay included
- From January to August and for a minimum stay of 1 week.
- From September to December, bookings are only possible for stays of 24 weeks minimum.

Before arrival

Together with your booking confirmation, you will receive detailed information about your accommodation:
- full contact details (address, phone, email)
- A description of the accommodation
- The owner's contact information in order to arrange an appointment at the apartment
- Information on how to access the studio

On arrival

- Deposit: 200€ to be paid in cash or blocked on your credit card on arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay after an inventory of fixtures (possible deduction in case of material damage).
- Reception at the residence from 3pm. Please contact the reception before your trip to France to organise your arrival. If the reception is closed on arrival, the caretaker will welcome you and you can collect your keys from the key box.

Meals are not included. You can cook in your studio.
