Juniors Standard Course

This program is available at all levels from beginner (A0) to advanced (C1).

Standard French Course 20 lessons per week (15 hours) + 4 lessons tutoring and workshop offered weekly

This course is designed for young learners aged 16 to 18, from A1 to B1 level, and is available during the summer and throughout the year.

• From June to August, dedicated junior classes (A1–B1) are usually opened. Outside the summer period, junior-only classes may be offered depending on enrolment and organisational possibilities.
• The programme focuses on developing the fundamental language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing, with particular attention paid to oral expression and pronunciation.
• Course content and teaching pace are adapted to teenagers’ interests and learning styles. Topics include daily life, leisure and sports, current events, fashion, the environment, and other subjects relevant to young people.
• Lessons are organised as dynamic and motivating workshops, combining grammar, communication activities and cultural discovery in a supportive learning environment.
• When a junior group cannot be opened, students are integrated into our Standard French classes with adult learners, according to their level. These mixed-age classes take place in a safe, supervised and respectful environment. Our teachers are experienced in working with young learners and ensure that teaching methods, interaction and classroom dynamics remain appropriate, inclusive and supportive.

This flexible organisation allows families to book courses all year round, while guaranteeing appropriate placement and high-quality teaching.

At Accent Français, we are experts in teaching French as a foreign language for more than 27 years and we will offer you top quality courses. Our classes are held by native teachers who are graduated with a Master FLE and experienced. They are held 100% in French and 100% face-to-face for a full immersion in the sunny South of France.

First, you will be placed in the right level group thanks to our online placement test that will check your written comprehension and expression as well as your oral comprehension. You will then join small group to work on the 5 language skills on a daily basis : reading, writing, speaking, listing and interacting !

In the programme, the course material is included and will be provided by the teachers. We invite you to bring your own items to take notes such as a notebook and pens, a tablet or a laptop. A dictionary is not mandatory but can be helpful. Of course, if you need anything on-site, we will be delighted to explain you where to buy the things you need.

If you wish to attend a more comprehensive French program, the INTENSIVE French course is available for all levels all year round. You can also prepare for the DELF and DALF exams or prepare for your end of high school French exam: High School diploma preparation.

If you wish to stay for several months, we also propose adapted formulas for long-term stays or to prepare for higher education studies in France ACADEMIC COURSE

This Junior Standard Course formula does not include any activity program or housing. For those looking for an all included package, we suggest the Junior Summer course.
