Come and live a complete experience with us thanks to our French courses, our accommodation and our weekly cultural programme! Every week we offer a great programme: between city tours, yoga (ashtanga) classes and excursions, our students never see the time pass! And in French, of course!

Monday 27 March

12.30pm-2.00pm: Educational tutoring
Do you want to work independently or do your homework with the possibility of using a French teacher? This tutoring is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace. A trainer will be available to answer any questions you may have.

2.00pm-3.30pm: Guided city tour of Montpellier
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Tuesday 28 March

12:00pm-7:00pm : Exhibition of paintings "En voyage XVe-XXIeme siècle”
The exhibition will allow the public to experience the Odyssey with Ulysses, to cross Middle Earth with the Hobbit, to go on an adventure on a donkey with Don Quixote, to discover Hindu temples with Captain Doudart de Lagrée, travel the map of Tender with Madeleine de Scudéry, take the train in the Gorges du Tarn, dance the maraca in Brazil, draw with Colette Richarme, enter the forbidden city of Lhasa with Alexandra David-Neel and end up in paradise with Dante Aligheri, among other stages.

6pm-9pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. In each class, participants will create a menu of starters, main course and dessert with fresh seasonal products, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.

10am-5pm: Summer Jobs Forum
Meet employers who are recruiting for the summer season and get your summer job!

2.15pm-3.45pm: “Let's discover the public holidays in France!”
Do you feel like practising your French after class and meeting other students from the school? We invite you to play to break the ice and have a good time!

1.45pm-6.30pm : Excursion to the Grotte des Demoiselles
Come and discover giant stalagmites and stalactites, calcite flows, large columns, translucent draperies that have impressed the inventors of modern speleology. Come and visit one of the most famous natural caves, with concretions, developed for tourism in the south of France.
This cave of impressive dimensions (55 m high and 120 m wide) is a true marvel of the underground world. A true cathedral of the abyss, equipped with the first underground tourist funicular in Europe.

1.45pm-6.00pm : Excursion to Sète
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time.

The Social Bar is THE new place to go out in Montpellier! Located at the foot of the Tour de la Babote, the bar is run by Montpellier residents and offers daily entertainment, a co-working space, a petanque area, a bar and a dance floor!

Friday 31 March

12.30pm-2.00pm: Educational workshop “Conversation”
Would you like to practice your French after class and meet other students from the school? We invite you every week to participate in our pedagogical workshop.

1.45pm-6.30pm : Excursion to Grotte de Clamouse
Visit of the famous Clamouse cave, classified among the most beautiful. It is a real Ali Baba's cave with the greatest diversity of crystals (aragonite and calcite) in France, a sumptuous illumination of this fragile environment, an original and magical show (pullover and shoes recommended). The visit lasts 1h30. Free time at the Pont du Diable, the oldest Romanesque bridge in France (1000 years old), a World Heritage site and a pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.

Saturday 1 April

Morning suggestion: Go to the market ! Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9.00am-6.00pm: Excursion to Uzès and Avignon
First we will visit Uzès, first of all the St Etienne cathedral and its Romanesque tower in the Italian style. Then we will discover the historic centre and its Place aux Herbes. Finally we will pass in front of the duke's castle and the house of the famous writer Racine, free time to eat in the city (very nice market on Saturday morning). In the afternoon we will visit Avignon, passing the famous 12th century St Benezet bridge, which is the origin of a famous traditional song. Then we will pass the ramparts to enter the historic centre to discover its medieval streets and the Romanesque cathedral of Notre Dame des Doms. Free time in the city.

Sunday 2 April

9:00m - 6.30pm : Excursion to Carcassonne
Come and discover its 3 km of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its castle, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral and its magnificent stained glass windows. Unesco heritage site, famous set for many films shot in the city, we will discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city's famous speciality.
