Monday 24 July

10.00am-11.30am: ADULTS - Guided tour of Montpellier's historic centre
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. Take a thousand-year journey through the narrow streets of the historic centre to experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

12.30pm-2.00pm: Tutoring
Would you like to work independently or do your homework with the help of a French teacher? Then this tutorial is for you! In a dedicated room, our resource centre, you can read or work in peace and quiet. A tutor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

6pm-7.30pm: Yoga class
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 70€ for a card of 6 classes

Tuesday 25 July

1.30pm-6.30pm : JUNIORS - Outing to Palavas-les-Flots
Come and discover this pretty seaside resort on the Mediterranean. Don't forget to bring water, sun cream and sunglasses, it's going to be hot! Free time on the beach possible (swimming not supervised).
Price: 10€ (tram tickets and guide included)

6.00pm-9.00pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
Come and discover traditional French home cooking with Sandrine and her team. At each class, participants will prepare a starter, main course and dessert using fresh seasonal produce, which they will enjoy together afterwards with a glass of wine.
Registration at the school reception 7 days before the course.

7.30pm-10.30pm: ADULTS - Petanque workshop and picnic
Come and discover this sport typical of the South of France and have fun with your new friends from school. Bring your own picnic to complete the fun!

Wednesday 26 July

10.45am-12.15pm: Outing to the Old Montpellier Museum
Housed in the Hôtel de Varennes, this museum presents a wide range of objects relating to the history of Montpellier from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. You will discover the lovely Place Pétrarque and this museum, located in a flat in a former town house, decorated with 18th-century wood panelling, French ceilings, gypseries and floor bars.
Price: 10€ (admission to the Museum and guided tour included), registration open before 24/07 at 4:00pm.

1.30pm-5.30pm: JUNIORS - Ice skating
We're going to chill out and have some fun at the ice rink together!

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion - Hiking in Cirque de Mourèze + lac du Salagou
2-hour hike (medium level) to the Mourèze cirque, a famous sea of strangely shaped rocks. The Mourèze cirque is a surprising natural setting. The site, made up of limestone rocks sculpted by erosion, looks like a ruiniform landscape. The bizarre shapes are open to interpretation. This chaos of limestone rocks in gigantic shapes projects us into another universe, magical, timeless, even extraterrestrial! A change of scenery guaranteed. Take sports shoes and a bottle of water. Free time at Lac du Salagou (1h), a red sand lake surrounded by volcanoes. Swimming is possible, so take a towel and swimming costume.

Thursday 27 July

8.00am-12.00pm : Excursion to Saintes Maries de la Mer
Discover the Camargue and its special animals: pink flamingos, bulls and horses. Ponds mingle with the land, or vice versa, and people grow rice, salt and vines. A seaside town symbolises this region: Les Saintes Maries de la mer and its fortified Romanesque church, a Christian pilgrimage site on the Way of St James. Pilgrims come here to venerate the relics of the St Maries (Marie Jacobée: aunt of Jesus and Marie Salomé: mother of the apostles James and John). The gypsy community gathers here every year to celebrate the relics of their patron saint, Saint Sara. This village is considered to be one of the oldest Christian cults in the West. Free time in the town and on the beach. Swimming is possible, but please bring a swimming costume.

Visit the peninsula nicknamed the "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its many canals. From the summit of Mont Saint Clair, enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel beds of the Etang de Thau. Visit the church of Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescoes. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panoramic views of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. Town of many artists, including the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time.

Morning suggestion: Go to the market ! Marché des Arceaux, organic and local products

9:00am - 6:30pm : Excursion to Carcassonne
Come and discover its 3km of double ramparts, its 52 towers, its château comtal, its ancient Romanesque-Gothic cathedral St and its magnificent stained-glass windows. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous setting for many of the films shot in the city, we'll set off to discover its many hidden treasures, a real leap into the past (entrance to the castle and ramparts not included). Enjoy a cassoulet, the city's famous speciality.

Sunday 30 July

9.00am - 6:00pm : Excursion to Gorges du Tarn
After crossing the famous Millau Viaduct, we'll start with a panoramic view of the gorges, then descend to the riverside village of Sainte Enimie. This medieval village, built entirely of stone, is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Guided tour then free time for lunch (swimming possible in summer). Descent of the caves with a stop at St Chély du Tarn, then a stop and panoramic view at La Malène. Finally, a panoramic view from the most famous viewpoint in the gorges: the Point Sublime. Panoramic view of the Millau Viaduct.
