« Accent Français is a very well-organized French language school, whether you are there for a week or ten, and whether you are 17 or 70 years old. The administrative staff was very professional and friendly, and communication was quick and clear. The teachers I had were excellent—welcoming, supportive, and provided a variety of interesting learning activities. In addition to French language classes, the school offers (for an additional fee) social/cultural activities every afternoon and on weekends, ranging from guided city tours to museums, pastry shops, and excursions to the surrounding area. Last but not least, the school can arrange a variety of accommodation options, and for me, staying with a local family was the icing on the cake. Bravo Accent Français. Highly recommended. »

« I just finished two weeks at Accent Français... traveling to France has been a lifelong dream, and this experience exceeded my expectations! The classes were great... pushing my limits and skills in a good way. My teacher was serious, kind, and fun at the same time! I signed up for the 50+ Group, which offered fun extracurricular activities. Béatrice is the leader of this group, and she took us to museums, wine and pastry tastings, and dinner. I was surprised, however, that I really enjoyed the 20-somethings in my class. Hearing their perspectives on education and life in their countries was fascinating. In the end, I stayed with a lovely woman, just a few steps away from the school. I couldn't have found a better match! My eyes and heart were opened and deepened by this experience! »

« I have attended Accent Français in Montpellier, France, several times since my arrival there in 2012. I was very happy with my first visit years ago and have continued to be impressed with each subsequent visit, my most recent being 2 weeks ago. The entire team of teachers are native speakers with years of experience, with an easy-going style and are very engaging and always approachable. They take time to explain concepts and make learning fun. Course materials are supplied at the beginning of the week with opportunities scheduled during the week if you feel the need for additional review or explanation by a teacher. Classes are small, usually 10 or less students, which creates a welcoming, inclusive learning environment. The school is in the center of the city and is comprised of two buildings within a few minutes walk of each other. Both locations are air conditioned and recently remodeled and easily accessed by Montpellier’s superlative tram system. Stéphanie and the staff at Accent Français are incredibly accommodating, courteous and always quick to respond to any questions. Socially, Montpellier is a great city to visit with many things to see and do. It has proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, by tram, bus or bicycle. The school arranges trips to surrounding cities and historic sites several times a week. They have recently started an afternoon cultural group for students who are at least 50 years old, which was great for me. I have stayed with local families for a fully immersive experience, which I wouldn’t change for the world! Accent Français is an excellent value for the money with high quality instruction at a reasonable price. 5 stars! »
