« As a teacher in a Swiss (German-speaking) secondary school, I have been accompanying French learners during their language courses in Montpellier for around twenty years. My students are aged 17/18 and spend four weeks at Accent Français, supervised by the school's wonderful team. The results after this month are almost always excellent, with often breathtaking progress. My students express their enthusiasm naturally, both on site and in the evaluation I ask them to write after their stay. « I would recommend this school to anyone. I really wasn't sure about going on my own and was only there for a week but now plan to return as often as possible and will book in for 3 months when I retire. It really is great. The school is small but centrally located in Montpellier and my teacher was excellent. I have been a teacher for 30 years so appreciate someone that knows how to get the job done with grace and patience! I wasn't expecting to be made to feel so welcome by the rest of the staff and on top of the lessons there were also some extra, free learning activities in the afternoon. The paid excursions looked good but I wasn't around long enough. The groups were completely multi cultural. I had Chinese, Japanese, Brazilians and various Europeans as well as Americans in my group which was lovely and there was a broad age range. From 18 to 60 plus. I learnt more in a week than I have done in years of tedious weekly classes in the UK. I highly recommend this experience. »
