Located between Palavas les Flots and La Grande Motte, Carnon is bordered by a fine sandy beach, ideal for those who love to relax. There are also several beaches where you can eat and drink.
Windsurfing and kite surfing are also present on this beach, which is particularly pleasant for summer tourists but also for locals who do not hesitate to go there at the weekend.

How to get there ?

By tramway
Line 1 : stop Place de France (then by bus).
Line 3 : stop Pérols Etang de l'Or (then by bus).

By bus
The Hérault transport line 106 connects Montpellier, La Grande-Motte and le Grau-du-Roi.
From the tramway stop "Place de France" (line 1), the bus drops you off at the stop "Carnon/Civadière".
The beach shuttle connects the "Pérols - Etang de l'Or" terminus of Line 3 of the Montpellier tramway to the Grand Travers beach, located east of Carnon.

Good to know
During the summer period, a bus is scheduled every hour.
