Come and live a complete experience with us thanks to our French courses, our accommodation and our weekly cultural programme! Every week we offer a great programme: between city tours, yoga (ashtanga) classes and excursions, our students never see the time pass! And in French, of course!

Monday 18 April
1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Sète with Jérémie
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panorama of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan

Tuesday 19 April
4.00pm-5:30pm: Guided city tour of Montpellier with Jade
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

4.00pm-5.30pm : Conversation workshop with Lilou
Join Lilou to practice French in a fun way and gain confidence in speaking! It's also an opportunity to discover French culture and to learn more about French habits and traditions!

5.15pm-6.45pm: Yoga class with Arnaud
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

6.00pm-9.00pm: Cooking class with Les Ateliers d'Arthur
During the adult cooking classes, you will make the entire recipe, and leave with all of your creations. An alternation of sweet and savoury recipes will be offered throughout the year.

Wednesday 20 April
16.00pm - 7.20pm: Ashtanga Yoga class with Saadia
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by Ujjayi breathing, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.

Thursday 21 April
1.45pm-6.30pm: Hiking to Mourèze and Salagou Lake with Jérémie
A 2-hour hike (medium level) to the cirque de Mourèze, a famous sea of strangely shaped rocks. The cirque of Mourèze offers a surprising natural setting. The site, formed of limestone rocks sculpted by erosion, appears as a ruinous landscape. Bizarre shapes that allow for all sorts of interpretations. This chaos of limestone rocks with gigantic shapes projects us into another universe, magical, timeless, even extraterrestrial! Discover the Salagou lake, with its red sand, surrounded by ancient volcanoes. A change of scenery is guaranteed. Swimming possible, take a swimming costume. Take sports shoes and a bottle of water.

1.45pm-6.00pm: Excursion to Saint Guilhem le Désert with Jérémie
Half day excursion. Only 1 hour's drive from Montpellier, discover Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a typical Languedoc village, a stopover on the pilgrimage route to St Jaques de Compostelle (listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). It is a village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France"; only 300 inhabitants, more than a million tourists every year. You will go to meet its prestigious religious past, with its thousand-year-old Romanesque church housing the relics of St Guilhem, Charlemagne's first cousin, and a piece of the true cross of Jesus Christ. Stroll along the Way of St Jaques and enjoy its sumptuous landscapes overlooking the village, the Infernet circus, the mountains of St Guilhem, the scrubland flora (juniper, thyme, lavender, rosemary,...). Free time at the end of the day in the village; stop at the famous Pont du Diable which spans the Hérault gorges, one of the oldest medieval bridges in France.

Saturday 23 April
9.00am-6.00pm : Excursion to Arles and Baux de Provence with Jérémie
First of all, we will take the opportunity to discover the Roman monuments listed as World Heritage by Unesco: the amphitheatre and its 25,000 seats, famous for its gladiatorial and bullfighting games today. Then we will continue to the ancient Roman theatre, the Baths of Constantine, the underground galleries of the former imperial palace. We will then discover the religious monuments such as the cathedral and its Romanesque-Gothic cloister. Finally we will visit the famous garden of the former hospital and night café, painted by the Dutch expressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The rest of the day will be spent discovering the charming village of Les Baux de Provence, which is well known as the "Balcony of Provence". This village, surrounded by cliffs, has a magnificent view of Provence. Its castle, Romanesque church, medieval streets and Santon museum will transport you into the history of Provence.

Sunday 24 April

9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Avignon and Pont du Gard with Jérémie
On the banks of the Rhône, the city of Avignon, a Unesco heritage site. Discover the famous city of the popes. First we will pass the famous 12th century St Benezet bridge, which is the origin of a famous traditional song, then we will visit the Romanesque cathedral Notre dames des Doms, we will have the pleasure to follow the path of the Promenade des Papes, with a magnificent panorama on the city and the region from the top of the Jardins des Doms. After a tour of the Palace of the Popes (interior visit not included), the largest Gothic palace in Europe built by the popes in the 14th century, we will discover a charming flamboyant Gothic St. Peter's church, twinned with the prestigious Basilica in Rome. The aqueduct is 300 metres long, for a total distance of 50km. This aqueduct was used to supply water to the city of Nîmes, to supply the ancient thermal baths and fountains of the city, it took no less than 20 years and 1000 workers to complete this titanic work (50,000 tons of stone just for the Pont du Gard part. Come and discover this unique monument, visited by 1.5 million tourists every year. A 40-minute walk along the aqueduct and back in the countryside. River swimming possible in summer.
