Monday 15 November
14h30-16h30 : Guided tour of Montpellier
Relive the prodigious rise and exceptional destiny that Montpellier has forged for itself over the centuries. A journey of a thousand years along the alleys of the historic centre to let you experience the very special atmosphere of the Ecusson.

Tuesday 16 November
5.15pm-6.45pm: Yoga class with Arnaud
Ashtanga Yoga is characterised by the sequence of postures (Asana) punctuated by the Ujjayi breath, chest breathing associated with different points of concentration. The postures follow each other quite quickly. This yoga is at first a very complete physical practice, becoming progressively a way of interiority when the practitioner acquires experience.
Price: 60€ for a card of 6 classes

Wednesday 17 November

Thursday 18 November
1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Sète with Jérémie
Visit of the peninsula nicknamed "Little Venice of Languedoc" and its multiple canals. Magnificent panoramic view from the top of Mont Saint Clair over the town, the sea, the mountains and the oyster and mussel fields of the Thau Lagoon. Visit of the church Notre Dame de la Salette and its surprising frescos. Walk along the Canal du Midi and the largest fishing port in the French Mediterranean. Panoramic view of the fishing boats, trawlers and tuna boats. City of many artists such as the famous singer Georges Brassens and the poet Paul Valéry. Free time. Wine tasting at the wine cellar of Frontignan.

Friday 19 November
12.15pm-1.15pm: Aperitif on the school's terrace and presentation of certificates
Come and spend a convivial moment with the other students of the school, we will take the opportunity to give their certificates to the departing students!

1.45pm-6.30pm: Excursion to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert with Jérémie
Half day excursion. Only 1 hour's drive from Montpellier, discover St Guilhem-le-Désert, a typical Languedoc village, a stopover on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela (classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO), a village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France" with only 300 inhabitants but more than 1 million tourists every year. You will discover its prestigious religious past, with its thousand-year-old Romanesque church housing the relics of St Guilhem, Charlemagne's first cousin, and a piece of the true cross of Jesus Christ.

Saturday 20 November
9.00-6.30pm : Excursion to Uzès and Avignon with Jérémie
First we will visit Uzès, first of all the St Etienne cathedral and its Romanesque tower in the Italian style. Then we will discover the historic centre and its Place aux Herbes. Finally we will pass in front of the duke's castle and the house of the famous writer Racine, free time to eat in the city (very nice market on Saturday morning). In the afternoon we will visit Avignon, passing the famous 12th century St Benezet bridge, which is the origin of a famous traditional song. Then we will pass the ramparts to enter the historic centre to discover its medieval streets and the Romanesque cathedral of Notre Dame des Doms. Free time in the city.

Sunday 21 November
9.00am - 6.30pm: Excursion to Couvertoirade, Cirque de Navacelles and Viaduc de Millau with Jérémie
The morning will start with a panorama of the Cirque de Navacelles, an enormous 400 metre deep canyon carved out by the river Vis. Then we will continue with a visit to the village of la Couvertoirade. A small fortified village built by the Templars, it will give you the impression of going back in time to the time of the knights. We will discover one of the largest viaducts in the world, designed by the English architect Norman Foster: the Millau Viaduct: 300m high and almost 3km long. The end of the day will take us to the village of Roquefort, to meet its famous blue cheese, we will visit the cellars, a real labyrinth where the cheeses are matured. Tasting of three different Roquefort cheeses (vaccination pass required for the visit)
