Student residence - Studio Kley

- Located in a central area and only 15 minutes from the school!
- A modern and secure residence (no parking)
- 242 flats accessible by lift
- An individual furnished studio: single bed, desk, table and chairs, numerous cupboards
- Bathroom, WC and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, microwave oven and crockery
- Services included: WIFI, water, electricity, heating, no air conditioning
- Bed linen and towels provided - Cleaning and change of sheets at the end of the stay included

- From January to August and for a minimum stay of 1 week.
- From September to December, reservations are only possible for stays of at least 24 weeks. The residence will ask you to take out a home insurance policy if you stay longer than one month in the flat.
- A long-stay rate is available on request.

Before your arrival

With your registration confirmation, you will receive detailed information about your accommodation: 
- Full contact details (address, telephone, email),
- Description of the accommodation,
- Contact details of the owner or residence to arrange a meeting at the flat to organise your arrival,
- Information on how to get to the flat from the station or airport.

On arrival

Deposit
200€ to be paid in cash or blocked on your credit card on arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay after an inventory of fixtures (possible deduction in case of material damage)

Welcome on arrival

Reception at the residence from 3pm. Please contact the reception before your trip to France to organise your arrival. If the reception is closed on arrival, the caretaker will welcome you and you can collect your keys from the key box.
