- Cleaning : For stays of 1 to 5 nights, optional cleaning on request. For stays of 5 nights or more, weekly cleaning
included. The student must leave the flat clean and tidy.

Our prices for accommodation are calculated on a weekly rate from Sunday to Saturday with Tourist tax.
Extra services (breakfast, parking...) not included, to be paid at the reception desk.

On arrival

Arrival
- Check-in at the residence from 4 pm, please contact the residence before you travel to France in order to organise your arrival and make sure that someone will be there to welcome you.

Security deposit
- For stays of 28 nights or more only: 600€ to be paid in cash or blocked on your bank card on arrival. Deposit returned at the end of your stay after an inventory of fixtures and fittings (withholding possible in the event of material damage).
