The residence

- A modern and secure residence, parking possible with additional costs (limited availability)
- Reception 24/24, 7 days a week, shop at reception, large common room with kitchen, lounge + patio
- The residence is located just 15 minutes walking from the school and close to the tramway stop

The apartments

- 102 furnished apartments with double or twin beds, table and chairs, numerous cupboards
- Bathroom with hairdryer, WC
- Fully equipped kitchen : fridge, hotplate, microwave oven, crockery, dishwasher and cooking utensils

Services included

- Air conditioning, WIFI, TV, water, electricity, heating
- Bed sheets and towels provided
- For stays of 8 nights and more, weekly cleaning included. For stays up to 7 nights, optional cleaning on request. The student must leave the apartment clean and should put the dishes away

Arrival

- Check-in at the residence from 3 pm, please contact the residence before you travel to France in order to organise your arrival and make sure that someone will be there to welcome you.

Security deposit

- 150€ to be given in cash or blocked on your debit/credit card upon arrival
- Deposit will be returned after the inventory (Security deposit deduction can be made if damages are observed)

Price per person. Our prices for accommodation are calculated on a weekly rate from Sunday to Saturday.*** Tourist tax and extra services (breakfast, parking...) not included, to be paid at the reception desk.
