Pratical information

General conditions

Registration
Registration form must be returned by postal mail, fax or email with a deposit of:
-  100% of the total fees for up to 4 weeks stay
-  50% of the total fees for more than 4 weeks stay
-  Academic year: send 2870 E (50% of the course fees + registration + 1 month accommodation).

The registration becomes valid as soon as we receive your down payment. Accent Français will send to you by postal mail, email or fax a confirmation of enrolment with:
-  Details of the payment received and the amount due on arrival if that is the case
-  Details of your accommodation
-  Certificate to apply for a student visa at the French Embassy if necessary.

Payment (in Euros)
Do not forget to mention the name of the person attending the course as well as the course’s dates.
Deposit may be paid in Euros by:
-  Credit card (Visa or Eurocard Master Card), please let us know by email, fax or telephone your Card number and expiration date.
-  Bank transfer at: Banque populaire du Sud - Agency Montpellier Comedie

The remaining amount (if there is one) must be paid in full on the first day at school: we accept bank checks in Euros, cash and credit cards (Visa or Eurocard Master Card).

Cancellation
Upon presentation of a medical or professional certificate or a document of the French Ambassy.
Cancellation fees:
-  30% of paid fees more than a month before arrival.
-  50% of paid fees less than a month before arrival.
No refund if we are informed of your cancellation after the course begins.

Course interruption:
You can not claim any refund if you miss classes or decide to stop your stay in France. However, if you decide to change your course dates or to postpone part of your course (minimum 1 week), your registration will remain valid for 1 year for a second stay.

Insurance
Accent Français and your hosts are not at all responsible in the event of loss of personal objects or damage occurred during your stay. You are entirely responsible in the event of any health problems or accidents.
If you are a non-European citizen, please contact your insurance office to guarantee your health coverage while staying in France.

Behaviour
Should a student show an abnormal behaviour or bad intentions, Accent Français reserves the right to exclude them from school at any time and with no refund.
