Accent Français offers you the opportunity to enrich your CV through an internship in Montpellier.
Work experience is organised directly through the school after the completion of your language course, the minimum duration being 4 weeks.
Accent Français is able to faciliate the process due to our advantage of many years of experience, specifically collaborating with the “Leonardo Project”.
A minimum level of French is not required : French language courses will be provided before your work experience.
French courses: from 4 weeks to 9 months
Work experience: from 4 weeks to 12 weeks
Working fields: Hotel and Catering, Tourism, Marketing, Finance, Office administration, Education, Restaurant, Bakeries and cake shops.
Internship agreement:
A « tripartite » internship agreement will be signed by ACCENT FRANÇAIS, the hosting company, and the intern. This agreement will outline the length and structure of the internship, the main duties of the intern and will certify that the intern has all required legal documents.
We will insure a very specific follow-up for each student before his/her arrival, to make sure the offer matches his/her needs and objectives. Therefore, the signature and agreement to the convention by the student will lead to the student's commitment towards the hosting company or organization.
During the whole length of the internship, the intern will keep his/her student status (student of Accent Français) as the internship is part of his/her language learning program.
Included :
-Analysis of students’ specific needs (internship expectation) through discussions with
student and according to his/her French level, interests, qualifications and previous
professional experience if any
-Placement in a company according to student’s interests and qualifications
-Setting up of the internship agreement
-Introduction of the student to the company
-Monitoring through questionnaires completed both by the intern and the hosting company
-Intern and company satisfaction report
- Final internship certificate
Through combining a French course with a period spent in a French company, students are able to meet native speakers and put their French skills to practical use, whilst increasing their awareness and understanding of French and international business culture.
